  If an emergency occurs within 10 days of your scheduled date involving you or your immediate family (spouse, child, or parent only) such as a death, police report, or documented hospitalization, the sitting fee will be refunded, but the retainer and venue fees will not be. However, any other cancellation reasoning remains business as usual.
