• Rain Check Policy:
  
  Clients can use the Rain Check Policy for bad weather or personal reasons as a onetime option only. You must submit notice 3 hours before initial scheduling to avoid a no-show cancelation without refund.
  
  *We will deny any additional attempts to use this policy after your rescheduled date because of booking constraints and the need to maintain optimal business flow.
  
  ATTENTION: Unfortunately, the rain check option does not apply to Premium Venue Sessions.
